[ BACKGROUND ]

↳ after being deemed a defect, ari was sent to a group home until the age of 7. he was then promptly sold off to the cages, an underground fighting ring for nephilims in wyoming. there, he would spend over a decade abused, humiliated and forced to kill his own kind for the entertainment of humans. it was during his time in the cages when he would come to meet samil. ↳ at the age of 20, ari and his friends were recruited to join a covert squad of defective nephilims. the sole purpose of the squad was to take on missions far too high risk (and "wasteful") to send a normal unit. they were picked for their expendability. if any of them died, then they could easily be replaced and no tears would be shed. ↳ at the age of 23, ari was proclaimed KIA after the squad was sent on a suicidal mission to infiltrate the ranks of the warring seraphs. unbeknownst to those who'd survived, he was saved by one of the bipedal creatures. it took what was left of him and restored his body through an excruciatingly painful process. ↳ now at the age of 27, ari has started a movement to liberate the nephilims from under human rule, working alongside the very seraphs who've given him a second chance at life. he has spent the past four years studying and learning from them. more importantly, he has built a bond with them and that very bond has irrevocably changed him. an evolutionary secret has been unearthed and he is ready to share it with any nephilim willing to join the cause.

[ PERSONALITY ]

↳ HATRED - towards all humankind. a bottomless anger fueled by vengeance and only damped by bloodshed. he wants the human race to be eradicated, even if it means the destruction of the world itself. lack of any sympathy or compassion towards them. ↳ LOYALTY - to those who he have long since abandoned. he had friends once, few and far between. either they fell far too young or they think he's dead. now, he has allies. he possesses an unbreakable bond, yet his loyalty to the seraphs are only a means to his end. loyalty has been set aside; everyone is a pawn. ↳ INSANITY - disguised behind reason and a seemingly righteous cause. a mind shattered and mended only to be shattered once more. twisted and warped, akin to the eye of a storm. it isn't because he can no longer feel; it is because he feels too much. ↳ CHARISMA - to garner a movement towards the liberation of his kins and evoke a war to end all wars. a lure, a trap, an affable smile and quick wit to entice, persuade and indoctrinate. loyalty given to one who has no loyalty left to give, yet his kindness and understanding sways and his conviction undeniable.
